Process Flow
The crushing process is designed for maximum efficiency and optimal material flow:
- Primary Crushing: Wheel loaders feed the ≤630mm river stone raw material into the NK75J mobile jaw crusher. Medium and fine materials fall through the grizzly feeder directly onto the main belt conveyor, bypassing the jaw crusher to join the primarily crushed materials for the next stage.
- Secondary Crushing: The NK300HS mobile cone crusher, equipped with a pre-screening function, handles the secondary crushing. Materials are conveyed to the HPT300 hydraulic cone crusher. After crushing, the material undergoes pre-screening. Oversized materials are returned in a closed circuit to the cone crusher, while aggregates meeting the size requirements are sent to the final screening plant.
- Screening & Washing: Following washing and grading by the NK200S-3 screening and washing plant, clean, strictly graded aggregates of different specifications (5mm, 10mm, 20mm, 38mm) are transferred to their respective finished product stockpiles.
