2. Detailed Process Flow & Design Rationale
To produce high-grade manufactured sand and aggregates simultaneously, we designed a complete three-stage "Crushing + Shaping" circuit:
- Primary Crushing: The PE-750×1060 Jaw Crusher reduces large limestone boulders to roughly 150mm.
- Secondary Crushing: The PFW1315 European Impact Crusher handles the medium crushing. Its heavy-duty rotor is perfect for processing soft-to-medium hard limestone.
- Sand Making (Tertiary): To ensure the highest quality of 0-5mm sand, the material enters the VSI5X Sand Maker. The "rock-on-rock" action shapes the particles into perfect cubes.
- Screening: An S5X-2160 Vibrating Screen separates the final products into 0-5mm (Sand), 5-20mm, and larger aggregates.
