200-300 TPH Mobile Hematite Crushing Plant in Uganda

Uganda 200-300 TPH Hematite (High Hardness Iron Ore)

1. Project Overview & Site Execution

Mobile

In response to the client's need for a flexible mining solution in Uganda, this 200-300TPH production line adopts a fully Mobile Crushing Station configuration. The plant consists of a Mobile Jaw Crusher for primary reduction and a Mobile Cone Crusher (HPT Series) with an integrated screen for secondary fine crushing. This setup not only eliminates the need for expensive concrete foundations but also allows the equipment to move directly to the hematite extraction point, reducing material transportation costs.

Project Site Snapshot & Execution Summary

Overview of the open-pit iron ore mine in Uganda, showing the two-stage mobile crushing circuit operating directly at the extraction face.

"The mobility of the NK Series is a huge advantage for our scattered mining pits. The HPT cone on the second trailer handles the hard iron ore perfectly."

2. Detailed Process Flow & Design Rationale

To meet the client's request for flexibility and high capacity processing of hard hematite, we configured a two-stage mobile crushing circuit:

  • Primary Station (Mobile Jaw): The excavator feeds raw iron ore into the NK Series Mobile Jaw Crusher. The onboard PE Jaw Crusher reduces the large boulders to ~150mm.
  • Secondary Station (Mobile Cone & Screen): The material is conveyed to the second trailer equipped with an HPT300 Multi-cylinder Cone Crusher and a vibrating screen.
  • Closed Circuit: The screen separates the final products (0-10mm, 10-30mm). Oversize material (>30mm) is returned directly to the HPT cone on the same chassis for re-crushing.

4. Project Highlights & Value Creation

Rapid Deployment

The mobile stations can be set up and ready to work within days, significantly reducing civil engineering costs.

Hard Rock Specialist

The HPT300 cone crusher module is perfectly suited for high-density, abrasive hematite compared to impact crushers.

Flexible Configuration

The two separate chassis allow for easy adjustment of the plant layout to suit different mining terrains in Uganda.
