1. Project Overview & Site Execution
Designed for a prominent quarry in Poland, this 200TPH limestone crushing plant produces premium aggregates for the local construction market. By utilizing the PFW1315 European Impact Crusher in a closed circuit with a 4-deck S5X Vibrating Screen, the system delivers precisely calibrated outputs of 2-8mm, 8-16mm, and 16-32mm. The plant is praised for its high percentage of cubical products and strict adherence to European environmental standards.

Project Site Snapshot & Execution Summary
This photo captures the primary crushing stage installation, utilizing a modular steel structure design which dramatically reduced on-site installation time and complexity.
"The PFW impact crusher produces incredibly cubical aggregates. Our 2-8mm and 8-16mm products are in high demand for local concrete plants."
2. Detailed Process Flow & Design Rationale
To meet the strict European aggregate standards, we designed a two-stage crushing circuit focusing on particle shape:
- Primary Crushing: The loader feeds raw limestone into the PE-750×1060 Jaw Crusher via a vibrating feeder, reducing rocks to <150mm.
- Secondary Crushing & Shaping: Material is conveyed to the PFW1315 European Impact Crusher. The heavy-duty rotor and unique impact plates shape the stones into cubes.
- Precise Screening:An S5X-2160 (4-Deck) Vibrating Screen is used.
>32mm: Returned to PFW for re-crushing (Closed Circuit).
16-32mm, 8-16mm, 2-8mm: Conveyed to respective stockpiles.
<2mm: Separated as limestone dust/fines.
3. Key Equipment Configuration List
We selected market-leading, durable models to ensure stable 24/7 operation and low maintenance costs.
4. Project Highlights & Value Creation
